My yoga sessions are designed to improve mobility and flexibility, helping to reduce the risk of injury while supporting your individual health goals. Each practice is tailored to meet you exactly where you are, ensuring that it is safe, achievable and deeply beneficial. In a private studio setting, you can fully relax your body and mind. The focus is on one-on-one sessions that are centred on your personal needs โ whether that includes chair, standing, or mat asanas. With a practice built around your goals, you are more likely to experience meaningful and lasting changes in both body and mind. I also offer Yoga combined with Counselling, where gentle yoga positions are used to help release not only physical tension but also stored emotional traumas. During these sessions, you are invited to talk through your concerns or daily challenges as you move through the asanas.
